This website is delivered through a hosting provider. The provider may process technical access data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, referrer, and error information to deliver the site, maintain security, troubleshoot availability, and investigate abuse. These server logs are not used to inspect a visitor's mailbox, local files, agent activity, or company systems.

If you contact us by email, your message, email address, metadata, and any information you include are processed to respond to the request. Do not send secrets, private repository contents, tokens, payloads, diffs, private keys, or .env files.

The Email Boundary demo runs in the browser with example data. It does not connect to your mailbox, workspace, calendar, ERP system, database, or local files. Clicking through the demo does not submit the displayed example content to Impact Boundary Labs.

This deployment does not currently load a website analytics script. A previous analytics configuration belonging to another product is deliberately not reused. If dedicated Email Boundary analytics is added later, this notice will be updated before that configuration is activated.

If you enter your email address in the newsletter form, we use it only to notify you when a new version of Email Boundary is released. We do not send other marketing email.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through a double opt-in: after you submit your address you receive a confirmation email, and you are added to the list only after you click the confirmation link. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.

The newsletter is operated through MailerLite, which processes your email address on our behalf as a processor. Your address is transmitted to and stored by MailerLite for this purpose, and MailerLite's own privacy terms apply to its processing.

The website may link to external services such as GitHub. If you follow those links, the external provider is responsible for its own processing.

Email Boundary is shown here as an interactive V1 preview. The public website does not create an Email Boundary account, connect an inbox, or execute the displayed email and file actions. The newsletter form is the only feature on this site that asks a visitor to submit personal data directly.

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint rights under applicable law.
